Sligo Rape Crisis Centre will be closing for Christmas on Friday 15th of December and will reopen on Tuesday January 2nd 2024. While the centre will be closed, the SRCC Freephone Helpline will still be available for anyone who needs support.
The SRCC Helpline number is 1800 750 780.
The helpline will be checked regularly and all calls will be returned within 48 hours.
The National Rape Crisis Helpline will remain open as normal throughout the holiday period and can be contacted 24 hours a day on 1800 77 88 88. The HSE Sexual Assault Treatment Units will also remain open during this time and contact details of SATU services can be found on hse.ie/satu.
